Roles & Responsibility
✅ Draft petitions, appeals, replies & submissions.
✅ Research on GST, Excise, Customs, Arbitration & Civil Law.
✅ Assist in hearings before CESTAT, High Court & Tribunals.
✅ Handle clerical & documentation work integral to litigation practice.
Eligibility for Paid Internship at Sumit Binani & Associates
🔹4th/5th year LLB students with keen interest in litigation.
🔹Strong research, drafting & organizational skills.
🔹Willingness to learn and work diligently in a full-time physical setup.

📍 Location: Kolkata (preferred) or willing to relocate
💼 Stipend: ₹5,000–₹6,000/month
⏳ Duration: 3 months (extendable with efficiency)
