About the Taxation Advocate vacancy at Lochan and Co
This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate – Taxation located in Noida. The Advocate – Taxation will be responsible for providing tax consultancy services, drafting and reviewing tax-related documents, researching taxation laws, and representing clients in tax disputes. Daily tasks include advising clients on tax strategies, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and keeping up to date with changes in tax laws.
Roles and responsibility
- Provide tax consultancy services and strategic advice to clients.
- Draft, review, and research tax-related documents and agreements.
- Represent clients in tax disputes and proceedings.
- Advise clients on compliance with taxation laws and regulations.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and policies.
- Analyze complex tax issues and provide practical solutions.

🔹Experience in tax consultancy and strategy development.
