Are you a law student eager to gain real-world exposure in corporate and commercial law? Industrybuying.com, India’s leading B2B e-commerce platform, is looking for Legal Interns for a full-time, on-site internship in Delhi!
Roles and responsibility
-> Draft and review contracts, NDAs, and internal legal docs
-> Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial & regulatory matters
-> Assist with compliance, statutory filings & internal trackers
-> Support litigation and arbitration, liaise with external counsel
-> Collaborate with teams across finance, HR, ops & more
Eligibility for Paid Internship Opportunity at IndustryBuying
🔹Currently pursuing LL.B. from a top-tier law school
🔹Minimum 85% in both 10th & 12th (mandatory)
🔹Prior internships in law firms or corporate legal teams
🔹Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office
