Roles and responsibility for Paid Internship opportunity at OSOI Legal Pvt Ltd
- Assist in reviewing and preparing documents for property conveyancing
- Support due diligence and title verification processes
- Conduct property searches using internal tools and UK databases
- Prepare Land Tax and Stamp Duty documentation
- Collaborate with the legal support team on mortgage and remortgage filings
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in client documentation
- Maintain data confidentiality and follow internal compliance protocols
