About the Internship Opportunity at Hyperloop Consultancy Group
They are looking for a Legal Intern who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to gain hands-on experience in real estate, redevelopment, corporate, and contract law. The selected intern will assist our legal and compliance team in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation and coordination with external stakeholders.
Roles and responsibility for Internship Opportunity at Hyperloop Consultancy Group
✅ Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents such as MoUs, Development Agreements, Power of Attorney, and Society Resolutions.
✅ Conduct legal research on property laws, RERA regulations, and redevelopment guidelines.
✅ Prepare case summaries, legal opinions, and compliance reports.
✅ Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and correspondence.
✅ Liaise with government authorities, advocates, and clients for document submission and follow-ups.
✅ Assist senior legal officers during meetings, site visits, or client interactions.

🔹Pursuing LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course) from a recognized university.
🔹Strong interest in real estate, contract, and corporate law.
🔹Good understanding of property documentation and legal drafting preferred.

🔹Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and online legal research tools.
