Details of the Job/Internship
Kabi & Associates is offering a one-month in-office internship opportunity for law students in August or September 2025 at their New Delhi office.
Eligibility
- Currently in penultimate or final year of 3/5 years LL.B.
- Demonstrated interest in arbitration, infrastructure or commercial laws.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other documentation tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on issues related to arbitration law, contract law, construction law, and related areas.
- Provide necessary support to the team in drafting, reviewing, and finalising pleadings, applications, replies, and other submissions filed before Arbitral Tribunals.
- Support in preparation of case briefs, legal notes, chronology of events and research memos for internal and external use.
- Help in maintaining case files, tracker, and database.
- Assist in preparing for arbitral hearings, including briefing and document compilation.
- Attend client meeting/hearing (subject to confidentiality) and take notes.
Duration : One Month
Last Date to Apply: 15 July 2025 for seeking an internship in August 2025 and 10 August 2025 for seeking an internship in September 2025.
Salary/Stipend: Unpaid
