Roles and responsibilities for Internship Opportunity At ALTEN Global Technologies
- Draft and review MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Analyze contract terms and conditions for legal compliance.
- Conduct research on regulatory updates and legal revisions.
- Support due diligence and compliance screening processes.
- Maintain contract repositories and compliance trackers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and analyze legal data.
Eligibility of Internship Opportunity At ALTEN Global Technologies
🔹Law students in their 3rd year or higher of a 5-year course, or 3-year LLB program, or pursuing a master’s in Business, Company, or Corporate Law.
🔹Minimum academic performance: 65% or 7.5 SGPA per semester / 8.0 CGPA overall.
🔹Based in Bengaluru and available to join immediately.
🔹Preferred: Prior experience in contract drafting or review.
