About the Internship opportunity at IdeaForge Technology Ltd
They are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Intern to join there Legal Team. The role will provide exposure to contract management, digital execution of agreements, and cross-functional coordination.
Roles and responsibility
- Contract Review and Management
- Assist in contract lifecycle management (CLM) activities, including uploading, tracking, and digital execution of agreements.
- Maintain and update agreement trackers to ensure compliance and timely follow-ups.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or notes to support the legal team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments for execution and closure of agreements such as NDA”s, SLA”s etc.
- Support the Legal Team in documentation and administrative functions as needed.
Eligibility for Internship opportunity at IdeaForge Technology Ltd
- Law graduates (LL.B./B.A. LL.B. or equivalent) preferred.
- Prior exposure or familiarity with CLM tools and their functionality is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of contract law, legal drafting, and corporate legal processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
