About the Intenrship opportunity with Nuvama Group
Nuvama Group is hiring a Legal Intern for a 3-month internship. The role involves assisting with legal research, interpreting laws and court judgments, reviewing and drafting contracts, and supporting policy development and other legal advisory tasks.
Roles and responsibility
✅Conduct legal research, including interpretation of laws and court judgments.
✅Examine legal issues related to new business proposals.
✅Structure, draft, review, and vet contracts and other legal documents.
✅Assist in developing the company’s policies and positions on legal matters.
✅Perform other tasks assigned related to legal advisory and documentation.
Eligibility for Internship opportunity with Nuvama Group
- Pursuing a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from a reputed law school/college.
- Knowledge of Corporate and Securities law (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong drafting and research skills.
- Highly analytical with attention to detail.
- Prior internship experience with a corporate or law firm is preferred.
