HSCC (INDIA) Limited, a subsidiary of NBCC (India) Limited invites online application for the post of Legal Executive for meeting its ongoing and future requirements, the company requires the services of dynamic and result oriented professionals on regular basis.

🔹 Full time degree in Law from Government recognized Institute/ University. Must be an enrolled advocate.
🔹 Total 02 years of experience. Candidate should have knowledge of Company Laws, Arbitration Matters, service matters, Contracts, Civil & Criminal law.
🔹 Candidates should have exposure in Employee Disciplinary matters. Should have hand on experience in drafting of contracts, pleadings, contract Law, Draft of deeds, Licenses & Permissions, Agreements, Legal Document Preparation and also experience of appearing before Courts, tribunals, Arbitrators, etc for contesting/defending the cases.
