Roles and responsibilities for Legal Executive Vacancy At Tata Communications
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and procurement-related contracts.
- Prepare and vet NDAs, SOWs, purchase orders, and order form terms.
- Provide legal support to business and procurement teams for documentation and risk mitigation.
- Review RFPs and tenders to identify legal risks.
- Assist with corporate legal and administrative matters.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficient legal operations.
Eligibility For Legal Executive Vacancy At Tata Communications
🔹 LL.B. degree.
🔹6 months to 3 years of experience in commercial contract law (corporate or law firm setting).
🔹Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management.
🔹Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
