Details of Organization
H&S Legal (Advocates & Consultants), Ranchi, is a Boutique law firm led by Mr. Rahul Lamba (Advocate & Managing Partner). The firm primarily handles matters in Civil, Commercial, and Tax laws before the High Court, District Courts, and Tribunals.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research using SCC OnLine, Manupatra, etc.
- Assist in drafting legal documents and case briefs.
- Support in case preparation for High Court and other forums.
- Attend court proceedings as per availability.
Eligibility: Preferably 4th & 5th Year (5-Year Law Course), and 3rd Year (3-Year Law Course).
Skills Required: Proficiency in legal databases like SCC OnLine, Manupatra, etc.
Salary/Stipend: Unpaid
Tenure: 4 to 6 months, extendable based on performance.
Location: Harmu Housing Colony, Harmu, Ranchi, Jharkhand
Timings: Monday to Friday: 6:30 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.; Sunday: 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. (Saturday off. Court visits optional, based on availability.)
