Asian Paints is hiring a Manager – Legal with 8+ years of experience in contract management to join their office in Mumbai. To handle the legal requirements of international business, Project Sales and -Services Vertical of the company and provide commercially relevant, practical and proactive legal services.

✅ Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements and warranty documents while minimizing company risk.
✅ Handle tender documentation and prepare risk notes for management review.
✅ Participate in key business contract negotiations and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
✅ Maintain a contract repository, track renewals, and manage contract execution and storage.
✅ Work closely with the compliance team for 100% adherence in new business setups.
✅ Research international laws and relevant judgments to support business transactions.
✅ Provide training to internal teams on business agreement procedures.
✅ Advise business verticals on agreements, IPR, and recovery of debts.
✅ Coordinate with external consultants and foreign law firms for compliance.

🔹LLB from any recognized law college/university in India.
🔹Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in contract management.
