Roles and responsibility for Legal Manager Vacancy at IDFC FIRST Bank
- Manage and undertake the collections process for assigned debts.
- Track portfolio performance for specific buckets and areas.
- Control delinquency bucket-wise and DPD-wise, focusing on non-starters.
- Allocate targets to agencies/in-house team and monitor achievement.
- Follow up regularly with default customers.
- Ensure adherence to collection processes and legal guidelines.
- Trace absconded defaulters and initiate recovery actions.
- Recommend legal actions for non-recoverable cases and follow up with the legal team for closure.
- Maintain data for administrative purposes, including delinquent account history and MIS reports.
