About the Paid Internship Opportunity at Cashpor Micro Credit
CASHPOR Micro Credit is hiring a Legal Intern for their Varanasi Head Office. The intern will support the Legal Cell in regulatory compliance, legal documentation, and both litigation and non-litigation matters, gaining hands-on experience in a professional legal environment.
Roles and responsibility for Paid Internship Opportunity at Cashpor Micro Credit
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on NBFC-MFI regulations and provide summaries.
- Support liaison with internal departments and external legal counsel for litigation and non-litigation matters.
- Draft and assist in sending legal notices to delinquent clients for loan recovery.
- Assist in initiating legal action and filing FIRs in coordination with the Legal Cell and Operations.
- Maintain and organize legal files and documentation.
- Track regulatory changes and provide timely updates to the Legal Cell.
- Prepare legal reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and other applicable laws.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Legal Cell.

🔹Pursuing or completed LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification.
🔹Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
🔹Understanding of NBFC-MFI regulations and RBI guidelines.
🔹Effective coordination and communication skills.
