They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support their legal team in managing contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing technology and B2B services environment.
Roles and responsibility for Paid Legal Internship Opportunity at SquadStack
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents
- Support compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including corporate, employment, and data privacy laws
- Conduct legal research on topics such as TRAI regulations, DPDP compliance, and other industry-specific laws
- Help maintain an organized repository of legal documents and contracts
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal memos on legal matters
- Support the legal team in day-to-day operational tasks as required
