About the Vacancy For the Position of Associates at Lex Arjava
Lex Arjava LLP, is expanding its Mumbai office and invites applications from experienced legal professionals for the following positions:
1. Associate – Litigation
2. Senior Associate – Litigation
Eligibility
1. Associate – Litigation
• Experience: 0 to 2 years PQE
• Scope of Work: Section 138, Execution Petitions, Arbitrations, Commercial Suits, Civil Recoveries, Summary Suits, Criminal Complaints, Tribunals, and related procedural formalities
• Role and Responisbility: Providing focused litigation support with detailed case handling and analysis.
2. Senior Associate – Litigation
• Experience: Minimum 5 years PQE
• Scope of Work: Arbitration, Consumer Cases, Cheque Bounce Cases, Writs, Civil Recovery Matters, Summary Suits, Real Estate Matters, Criminal Matters
• Role: Leading litigation matters with extensive responsibility for case strategy, execution, and client advisory.
